We have our own fully equipped and full time Martial Arts Studio. It has a fully matted surface for safety and changing rooms and showers are available for your convenience.

There is also a small shop selling books, DVD’s and equipment.

We train on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6.30 p.m. Come and join us for a free trial session. You will find we are a friendly club run for the benefit of all and not as part of a huge commercial empire!
